stretching boundaries

Kourtni Martina March 5, 2018

You come to love it; the blisters and bruises, legs shaking under the weight of your pack, the fear of slipping and tumbling down the mountain or over a cliff when the wind gusts and tries it's best to knock you over, when horrible weather strikes and you are soaked and grouchy and tired, swearing 'frig this mountain!' and wondering why the hell you choose to spend your free time putting yourself through this crap.

But you love it, because through it all, it looks like this. And at the end of it all, you feel stronger, taller, tougher and just stretched the boundary, of what you think you can and cannot do, that much wider.
